Assembly
- Foam pads have been placed on two crossbars to protect the hull of your boat. The third crossbar has no foam; it is called the kickbar.
- Slide crossbar ends into ends of wheel assemblies. Snap buttons will “pop” out of the retaining holes when crossbars are properly seated.
- When both crossbars are firmly in wheel assemblies, pull kickbar downward. Kickbar tension can be adjusted by tightening lock nuts on either end.
- The kickbar will keep the cart upright while you set the boat on the cart. It is designed to swing out of the way of obstacles.
